Drop Cluster

`blobcity>drop-cluster <node-id>`

Used to drop an external cluster that is connected to this cluster. The node-id of any node in the cluster to be dropped can be used to drop the entire cluster. The operation performs a graceful drop of the cluster by completing any on-going transactions. If the cluster is operating in d-rep mode, then disconnection is made instantly and data on the d-rep cluster may be behind the data on the primary cluster.
