Query Performance Analysis

Get proactive reporting of query optimisations you can perform on BlobCity DB. Once configured, BlobCity DB on a daily basis will report your schema structure, size of each table and each query you fired in the day along with average response time of the query. Our engineers look at this data on a daily basis and come back to you with suggested improvements you might get by changing the queries without changing the effective functionality of the app. Like all databases, BlobCity DB performs better with some queries than others.

Named Technical Support Engineer

A dedicated expert who will work closely with you to provide on-going consulting for your BlobCity projects. The Engineer will develop a deep understanding of your IT infrastructure and propose the right models and tools that work best with your requirements. The Engineer will also ensure that BlobCity DB is properly configured for production and will help with any issue resolution. This covers recovery from hardware failures, debugging application logic and anything that is necessary to make BlobCity a success for you.

Named Data Scientist

When starting a project or while brainstorming on a new requirement on an existing project, a dedicated Data Scientist from BlobCity will always be your best guide. A BlobCity assigned dedicated expert will provide the right guidance and assistance with your data science needs and configure the system for even the most complex models.
